RETURN PERIOD
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Accepted Returns:
- Unopened and Unused Products – Products must be in their original, sealed packaging with all labels intact
- Defective Products – Items that arrive damaged, defective, or spoiled
- Wrong Items – If you receive the wrong product or an incorrect quantity
- Quality Issues – Products that do not meet our quality standards
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, we CANNOT accept returns of:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Products without original packaging or labels
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery

SHIPPING COSTS

- We recommend using trackable shipping with insurance
Original Shipping:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for our errors
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive damaged or defective product:
- Take clear photos of damaged packaging and product
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide order number, photos, and description
- We will offer replacement or full refund including shipping
Claims reported after 7 days may not be eligible.
WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive wrong products or missing items:

- Provide order number and description of the error
- We will ship correct items at no cost or issue full refund
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired product
- If due to our error, we will expedite the new order

CANCELLATIONS
Before Shipment – Orders can be cancelled free of charge
After Shipment – Cannot be cancelled; follow standard return process
NON-DELIVERY OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package shows delivered but you didn’t receive it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Verify delivery address
- Contact carrier with tracking number
- Contact us within 5 days of expected delivery
We will investigate and send replacement or refund if confirmed lost.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
- Standard return policy applies to each shipment
- Cancel subscription anytime before next shipment
- Cancellations must be made 48 hours before scheduled shipment
- No refunds for past shipments unless defective
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- 30-day return policy applies
- Customer pays return shipping and customs fees
- Products must comply with import/export regulations

REFUSED DELIVERIES
If you refuse delivery:
